Kosovo law
We operate as a registered employment agency under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, with our structure and contracts built by Rule and Law L.L.C.

Seven stages take a placement from a real vacancy to a settled arrival. Each one is verified before the next begins, and each one leaves a paper trail you can audit.
We sit down with the employer and define the roles, skills, terms and timing. Then we verify: the company is real and in good standing, the vacancy exists, and the pay and conditions are lawful and fair.
What we verify: business registration, real workload, lawful terms. No ghost jobs, ever.
We source skilled candidates through lawful channels in the source country and vet them properly: identity, qualifications, work experience and motivation. Candidates get an honest briefing on the job, the employer and life in Kosovo.
What we verify: identity documents, diplomas and certificates, employment history. Verified, not assumed.
The candidate receives a written offer and contract in their own language: role, pay, hours, housing and conditions. Nothing moves forward until both sides have signed with full understanding. And the worker pays nothing at this or any other stage.
What we verify: the contract matches the brief, the language matches the worker, and no verbal promises replace paper.
Work permits, residence permits and supporting documentation are prepared and filed lawfully, with legal structuring and oversight by Rule and Law L.L.C. We never promise a decision that belongs to the authorities, and we say so in writing.
What we verify: every document in the file is genuine and complete before submission. No facilitation payments, ever.
Travel is arranged and paid for as part of the employer-funded process. Before departure, the worker is briefed on arrival logistics, the workplace, housing, and who to call if anything is not as agreed. Passports stay in the worker's hands, always.
What we verify: the worker travels informed, documented and debt-free.
The worker is met on arrival and introduced to the employer, the workplace and the housing agreed in the contract. The employer knows exactly who is arriving and when. Day one starts prepared, not improvised.
What we verify: conditions on the ground match the contract that was signed.
We follow up with the worker and the employer at 15, 30 and 60 days after arrival, and we stay reachable in between. Small issues get fixed while they are small. This is how placements last, and it is how we intend to earn repeat work.
What we verify: the worker is settled, paid as agreed and treated with dignity. If not, we act.
Compliance is not a page on a website. It is the daily discipline of verified documents, traceable payments and files that stand up to inspection.
We operate as a registered employment agency under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, with our structure and contracts built by Rule and Law L.L.C.
The international standard for private employment agencies: no fees charged to workers, no document retention, fair and lawful treatment throughout.
Recruitment that protects people from exploitation, debt and deception at every step of the corridor, from first contact to settled arrival.
Every placement produces a complete record: verified identity and qualifications, the signed contract in the worker's language, permit filings, payment trails and follow-up notes. If a question is ever asked, by you, by an authority or by the worker, the answer already exists on paper.

Employer or candidate, the process starts the same way: an honest conversation about what you need.
