For employers in Kosovo

The right people, ready to work.

Njerëzit e duhur, gati për punë.

You need reliable workers, legal certainty and no surprises. We deliver vetted international candidates with permits, contracts and compliance handled end to end.

What you get

Reliability you can hold us to

Every placement comes with a complete, verifiable file. If a document cannot be verified, it does not move forward, and neither does the placement.

Vetted candidates

Identity, qualifications and experience verified before you ever see a CV. Honest briefings on both sides.

Permits handled

Work and residence permits prepared lawfully, with legal structuring and oversight by Rule and Law.

Prepared arrival

A realistic timeline agreed upfront, a briefed worker, and a clear onboarding plan for day one.

Aftercare

Structured follow-ups at 15, 30 and 60 days with you and the worker, so small issues never grow.

How it works for you

Your side of the process, in five steps

Behind these five steps sits our full seven-stage placement process, documented end to end.

  1. Brief us

Roles, numbers, skills, terms and timing. We tell you honestly what is achievable.

  2. Meet your shortlist

Vetted candidates, verified documents, interviews arranged so you choose with confidence.

  3. Contracts & permits

Written contracts in the worker's language, then permits prepared and filed lawfully.

  4. Arrival & onboarding

Your new colleagues arrive prepared and briefed, with everything documented.

  5. Aftercare

We check in with both sides at 15, 30 and 60 days and stay reachable in between.

Clear terms

One transparent fee. No hidden costs, in any direction.

Our commercial terms are simple on purpose. You pay us one agreed fee for the work we do. The worker pays nothing, ever, and that protects you too: placements built on worker debt are placements that fall apart.

  • You pay all recruitment costs.
Stated plainly in our contracts, as required by international ethical-recruitment standards.
  • Every payment leaves an audit trail.
You can account for every euro to your board, your auditor or an inspector.
  • A visa is never guaranteed.
We say this upfront, in writing, and plan timelines with you around it.
  • We are not the cheapest.
We compete on trust and completed placements, not on cutting corners.

Something else?

If the vacancy is real and the terms are fair, talk to us. We will tell you honestly whether we can help.

What we ask of you

Our promise binds both of us

We place people only where they will be treated properly. Before we start, we agree on four things.

  • A real vacancy. The role exists, the workload is real, and the job description matches the job.
  • Lawful terms. Contracts, hours, pay and conditions that comply with Kosovo law.
  • The worker stays in the agreed role. No switching people to a different job or employer after arrival.
  • Dignity at work. Your new colleagues are professionals with families and futures, and are treated that way.
Questions employers ask

Straight answers

How long does a placement take?

It depends on the role, the source country and permit processing times, which are not in our control. What we promise is a realistic timeline before we start, honest updates while it runs, and no dates invented to win your business.

Who pays for recruitment?

You do, fully and transparently. The worker pays nothing at any stage. This is a hard rule under international ethical-recruitment standards and it is written into our contracts.

What if a visa or permit is refused?

A visa is never guaranteed, and we say so from day one. If a refusal happens, we review the reasons with Rule and Law and agree the next step with you, whether that is a new application, a different candidate or a pause.

Can we interview candidates before deciding?

Yes. We arrange interviews by video or in person where possible, and we brief candidates honestly about your company, the role and life in Kosovo before you meet them.

How do you reduce our compliance risk?

Every worker has a complete file: verified identity and qualifications, a written contract in their language, lawful permits and a payment audit trail. Our legal structure and processes are built and overseen by Rule and Law L.L.C. If an authority asks questions, the answers already exist on paper.
