The name
Three readings, one standard
The name carries three meanings at once, and we are happy for any of them to be the one you hear first. Rekrutim is the Albanian word for recruitment: it roots the brand in Kosovo while "EA" travels easily across languages.
The corridor we serve. We move talent toward Kosovo, the doorway to the wider Euro-Atlantic space, bridging regions, languages and economies.
The plain, regulated category we operate in. "EA" quietly states what we are: a professional employment agency, not a middleman.

EA Rekrutim is founded and run by Eris and Art, who put their own names to every placement. That is what the "EA" on the door means: if we place someone, we answer for it personally.
Our legal structure, contracts and permit processes are built and overseen by Rule and Law L.L.C., a Prishtina law practice. Rule and Law advises us; the recruitment business stands on its own feet. The result is simple: when we say a placement is lawful and documented, there is a legal team that has checked it.
