Craft shops under grape vines in the Old Bazaar of Gjakova, Kosovo
For candidates and workers

Work that moves you forward.

Punë që të çon përpara.

A real job with a verified employer in Kosovo. A written contract in your language. Support before you travel and after you arrive. And one rule above all: you never pay us anything.

Your rights with us

Four things you can always count on

These are not favours. They are your rights, and they are written into how we work on every single file.

You never pay

No fees, no deposits, no "processing costs". The employer pays for recruitment. If anyone asks you for money in our name, tell us immediately.

You keep your passport

Your documents belong to you. Nobody, not us and not your employer, may hold them for any reason.

A written contract, in your language

Pay, hours, housing and conditions on paper before you travel, in a language you fully understand.

Support after you arrive

We check in with you at 15, 30 and 60 days, and you can reach us any time something feels wrong.

Your journey

From your first call to your first day

  1. Talk to us

Tell us your skills and what you are looking for. We tell you honestly what is realistic.

  2. Verification, both ways

We verify your documents. You see proof the job and employer are real. Ask us anything.

  3. Your contract

A written offer in your language, with pay, hours and conditions clear before you decide.

  4. Permits & travel

We prepare your work and residence permits lawfully and brief you fully before departure.

  5. Arrival & support

You arrive prepared and are not left alone. We follow up at 15, 30 and 60 days.

Honest expectations

We tell you the truth, even when it is not what you hoped to hear

Moving abroad for work is a serious decision. You deserve facts, not sales talk. So here they are.

  • A visa is never guaranteed.
The decision belongs to the authorities, not to us. Anyone who promises "100% approval" is not telling you the truth.
  • Timelines vary.
Permits take as long as they take. We give you a realistic estimate and honest updates, not invented dates.
  • The job you are offered is the job you will do.
Real duties, real pay, described accurately before you sign. No surprises after landing.
  • Kosovo is a real place, not a promise.
We brief you on wages, living costs and daily life honestly, so you decide with open eyes.

Know the warning signs, wherever you apply

Not every recruiter works the way we do. Whether you apply with us or with anyone else, walk away the moment you see any of these.

  • They ask you for money Fees, deposits, "visa costs", tickets you must repay. Ethical recruiters never charge the worker.
  • They want to hold your passport Even "just for safekeeping". Your documents never leave your hands.
  • They promise a guaranteed visa No one can promise a decision that belongs to an embassy or a ministry.
  • They avoid putting things in writing A job that is real can be written down, in your language, before you travel.
Questions candidates ask

Straight answers

Do I have to pay anything, at any point?

No. Nothing. Not for applying, not for documents we prepare, not for "processing", not after you arrive. The employer pays all recruitment costs. If anyone asks you for money in EA Rekrutim's name, contact us straight away.

Is the job real? How do I know?

Every employer and every vacancy is verified before we offer it to anyone. You will see the employer's name, the real duties and the real terms in writing, and you can ask us questions before you commit to anything.

Is a visa guaranteed if I qualify?

No, and we will never tell you otherwise. Visa and permit decisions belong to the authorities. We prepare your file properly and lawfully, which gives it the best honest chance, but the decision is not ours to promise.

What language will my contract be in?

Your own language. You should never sign anything you cannot fully read and understand, with us or with anyone else.

What happens if something goes wrong after I arrive?

You tell us, and we act. We check in with you at 15, 30 and 60 days after arrival, and you can contact us at any time in between. If the job is not what was agreed, that is our problem to fix, not yours to endure.

Next step

Arrive with dignity.

Tell us about your skills and your goals. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, and what the journey would look like.
