Please note, transcripts will be mailed out through Canada Post. We do not email official transcripts.

For students who attended after September 2005.
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û²éѯ transcripts – order online.
Please . Login using your Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û²éѯ student email address (typically firstname.lastname@myokanagan.bc.ca) and password. You will need to enable multi-factor authentication.

Okanagan University College transcript requests
For students who attended before and up to August 2005.
Please complete to submit a request for OUC transcripts. Official transcripts will be sent to the address provided within 2-3 days.
As of Wednesday, Apr. 19, 2023, all official transcripts requested during the recent systems outage have been sent out to the address provided to us. If you have any questions, please contact registration@okanagan.bc.ca.
