How Graduation Works for Trades
Graduation Audit
Once your program is complete, apply to graduate so the Graduating Student Coordinator (GSC) can review your student record to ensure you have met program requirements according to the calendar.
Awarding of Credentials
Students are immediately awarded with their credentials after graduation audit. You will then receive a letter of completion in your email. Timeline will depend on grade submission and volume of graduation applications. Certificates are mailed out a few weeks after you receive your letter of completion.
International students can contact International Education for information about receiving their completion documents.
If your program requires submission to the ITA, the upload occurs monthly. Depending on when your program ends, your information will be sent within 30 days.
